I love this charger! I was at 20% and within 45 minutes full battery. Very easy to use and the Velcro strap is nice when you don’t need all the cord. Been using it for a couple months and cable is still intact.

My USBs I guess weren't powerful enough because this 12v plug in keeps my cell at 100% while GPS traveling .

It also supports PPS mode (Programmable Power Supply) from 3.3 to 11V @ 3A, and 3.3V - 16V A 3A. It also states that it supports Input voltage range of 12-24V DC.HOWEVER, if you drive a vehicle with a 12V accessory system, you WILL NOT be able to get more than 12V output mode from this device - because it DOES NOT have a Voltage Boost circuit. This limits the Output Power Per Connector to 36 Watts... because 12V @ 3A is 36 Watts (12x3=36)Nowhere is this mentioned, so you are buying a 90W charger that can only output 72 Watts maximum in any 12V vehicle.All they would have needed to do it to state this limitation either in the Amazon listing (MUCH preferred), or at least on the product.This one gets returned... the search for truthful advertising continues.
