Great gadget
This is a great gadget if you enjoy a bit of DIY. It comes with an adjustable, comfortable strap that fits securely and is very comfortable. The build feels solid and is rugged enough to handle a bit of battering and knocking. The brightness is impressive (I noticed another review saying it isn’t bright, which is clearly not true). It has three settings, like most other torches, but it also features a sensor, which I really like. The sensor is on the right side, and once activated, you simply wave your hand to turn the torch on. The focus is adjustable, as you would expect, and the zoomed-in spotlight has a good range. There’s also a red light on the back, which is a great feature, especially for cycling. It took just over two hours to fully charge, and after a couple of hours of use, it still had 60% charge left, which I think is pretty good.Overall, this is an excellent torch for the price. It’s lightweight, bright, hard-wearing, and has good battery life. What more could you want? I highly recommend it.

Great little light
This is fab quality and design at a great price. It has many settings for how wide you want the beam it also has a flash setting you could use for a emergency. Its a little heavy on your head and could do with a little more material to alter for head size as its quite tight but I am sure it will stretch a little with use. Great for the early dark night .

Good beam
Good quality and a good beam aswell as a close zoomed in beam. hand motion sensor is good.. bit heavy and strap isn't the biggest and uncomfortable to wear without hat and tight fitting

Does exactly what it's supposed to!
Excellent light output and easy to use. It's hard to get entusiastic about a head-torch, but this one is definitely worth a try.

Very poor quality
The elastic strap is too small and tight, even when adjusted to maximum. No I don't have a big head. The front of the torch is made from hard plastic that is very uncomfortable and digs into your forehead. The 'padding' is thin and ineffectual.Couldn't wear it. Returned to Amazon.

Super bright but heavy
This head torch has three setting - super-bright, normal and strobe. Now, it depends on how you're going to use them but I would not use the strobe if cycling. I think this is likely to cause more issues than not - especially for any other road user - very distracting. And again, if cycling, you would typically use the super-bright when you're down dark country lanes where visibility is poor or in very bright built-up towns/cities to counter balance the other bright lights. Otherwise, you'll mostly use the standard setting. But of course there are other uses and I've been using them for doing work in and around the house where light is poor/obscured. Such as rewiring plug sockets when I've had to turn the power off. They're absolutely fantastic for that! Great in the loft or at the back of the garage and garden. The lamp itself is reassuringly well built and of metal construction and you can adjust the angle to point pretty much where you want it to shine. The fit is also secure with a good adjustable strap. And so far, after a few weeks using them on and off I've not needed to charge them again. Charging is via the USB lead supplied (no plug) but the lead is quite short. I think it could have done with being a bit longer. If there is a criticism it's the weight, mostly at the back. This is due to the two large rechargeable batteries. Of course, this is why you're not constantly recharging and why it's so bright. There's the trade off.Would I recommend? Yes, as long as these things are not an issue for you of course. You shouldn't be unhappy with torch itself.

Not waterproof as advertised.
Looks to be a nifty headlamp, beam is bright and rechargeable batteries are good. However, I purchased this for caving and it is described as waterproof up to a certain point. This is not the case as the instructions which come with the light clearly state that the charging port and battery case be kept away from water. Not fit for purpose so returned, but given 3 stars because it does appear to be a good light and the fabric seems hard wearing.
