Does this pan fit in the breville Bov800xl oven?

My Breville oven rack measures 14". Earlier I ordered a Scoop Pan, Small that was 14" wide but it did not fit in the oven. So I too have this problem of measurements for this oven. I plan to order this cast iron pan because from what I have read, it should fit. I want to make the Jennycancook pizza from YouTube.

Will this rust if used as a water bowl?

Yes it will! Cast Iron is best used as a cooking implement not a storage vessel. If it sits too long with water or other liquid in it then it will definitely begin to rust.
