I already have five of the same item, and have needed to purchase an additional one for coverage in a distant part of the building that is now being used. These form a network which delivers excellent performances and connection.

Novia was patient and helped me reconnect an area in my home that I couldn’t get to work, which is key to boosting the internet connection in my home.With her knowledge she directed me in getting my iPad wifi to connect with deco. She told me to Forget this device and enter in the new password I chosen problem solved. My TP Link is now fully reconnected and working really well. She is a Legend with an extensive knowledge of the workings of TP-Link.

Came with an American plug, but did not specify that this was the case. I had a spare from an old Deco, so no need to return.

The product itself is great. Does exactly what it says on the box. It has solved our wifi issue and was very easy to setup etc. My main reason for giving the lowest score possible is because of the seller, and not the product itself. We have used the Deco M9 and now the M5 for many things in the past but this was the first time that we had an issue with a power lead not coming in the box along with the device. We had no way to plug it in. I asked Amazon and the seller for help but all the seller would offer us was to return the item instead of just sending us the power cable. Thankfully, Amazon has supplied us with a third party power cable to get us going, but I was so disappointed in the seller who just simply didn’t seem to care. The least they could have done was refund us the £12.99 for a third party power lead.

Great product I already have the Deco M5 but needed an extra pod for an upstairs room. Easy to set up and add to my other pods.They come brand new factory sealed , however like other customers these are being sent randomly with with USA or EU plugs none of which work in the UK, even after the many reviews they are obviously still doing this.I did contact them , reply was very quick and was told they would send me a plug out on Tuesday , today is Wednesday so we shall see if it arrives, if not I will be contacting Amazon about it.I had an old plug I used but not comfortable using it.

This is a great WiFi device and works perfectly as part of the Deco M5 whole home set up. One warning though, be careful who you but it from on Amazon UK. I ended up with a US Plug on the one from BOND STREET LTD. I had spare adapter so I was ok but if you don't have nay it might be worth ordering an extra adapter. You can always send it back if you get a UK plug.I'd certainly buy more and recommend it but perhaps not from the seller I had.

The product I received was intended for the USA market and came with a USA 2 pin power adapter. I started a return as I thought it would not work in the UK as different voltage. However I found a PowerConnections converter plug online for £5 which did the job of getting it going. So keeping it as it does work fine but 2 stars as listing is incorrect and seller using stock for another territory so I doubt there is any warranty.

Came with a US plug.Returned to Amazon.I checked the description and it didn’t say that it didn’t come with a UK plug. What a waste of time and money
