Difficult to change and is a little too large so it has to be fored into plact
The location of this filter, passengers side and under the glove box that must be removed to get to the filter, makes this a difficult change, unless you're a contortionist. The filter was a little large and I had to force it into place. I got it done and I anticipate it will work fine. To have the car company replace this filter is very expensive but if you are able to crawl on your back in a low position under the passengers seat area, you might feel it's worth it. 2019 Subaru Forester. The difficulty in changing the filter is not the fault of the filter company but you have to be prepared for what's ahead when you buy this.
