I use these after damaging my hair with bleach. Nothing can fix the damage bleach causes especially to the extent my hair is damaged but this makes my hair nice and soft. My hair is still very dry and straw like but I do think this is helping a little.

I love my hair since I started using it

I use after shampooing with Il Salone shampoo and follow with an Il Salone mask. I honestly don't think following the Plex Rebuilder Booster with conditioner or another mask afterwards is necessary, it conditions and noticeably softens my hair as soon as I'm washing it out. I can feel a difference in softness and smoothness after application, but it doesn't translate to any reduction in frizz, though my hair does feel soft and shiny. I have long, thicker hair and need to use a whole packet to get adequate coverage on my mid to lengths. I like this and think it would be a good addition to throw in the mix if you're using a regular conditioner and need some more moisture and repair. However, I don't notice any drastic difference between using this with the keratin mask, either alone or together.
