This seems to be a great product. I would have given it five stars but it takes a long time to charge. Disappointingly enough it only came with 27% battery right out of the box. It took over 7 hours to charge the remaining 73%. As long as you realize that you need to charge it at least 8-9 hours to get it to 100% when fully drained, you’ll be good. The magnet is strong and holds well. I haven’t used the watch charger part of it yet but will update my review when I do. I have used iWalk products for years and have never had any problems with any of them.

Great gift for my granddaughter

I was able to really pay attention while on my last trip and I don’t know if my product is defective but it doesn’t charge well. It attaches great but beyond that, you get a battery attached to your phone that does nothing. You have to physically turn it on to get it to charge and some time while it’s charging it automatically shuts itself off. It’s not from me touching it. I can lay it flat and it will just stop. You have to constantly check it and turn it back on to get it to continue to charge. I think while it was on for an hour it maybe went up a percent or 2. It was the same with the watch charging. You’re constantly checking it to turn it back on after it shuts itself off. Just a terrible design and a waste of money. I would not purchase this again.I really like the product in general. I like that I’m able to charge my watch and it attaches pretty securely to my phone. The only thing I’ve noticed is it will randomly stop charging even though it’s still attached. I don’t know if it’s bc it’s worried about overheating or if I’m accidentally pushing the power button (but pretty certain I’m not since my hand isn’t near it). But I’ve never been able to get w full charge mainly bc it won’t stay on. So that’s the most annoying part is constantly having to check to make sure it’s continuing to charge.

When i learned how to operate it it is awesome

Iv been with this charger for a week and i REALLY was excited to have it. I LOVE iwalk and bought this new design because i lost the old design. Sadly it doesn’t charge my apple watch 3 . My lunch period started at 11:15 and it only went up 5% by 12pm. and it charges my phone ok but for some reason it died faster after charging . Idk if i got a defective 1 but I am really sad. Have to return it.
