Q: I am usually a size 6. Will a small be okay? Not sure exactly how these fit?

I wear a size 6 but I do not like certain underwear tight I did get a medium and they was a little roomie in the waist.

Q: Are these actually 100% cotton and the elastic band is the 5%? Or is there a small percentage of something non-cotton in the fabric?

All 100% cotton and I like the band because it's wider! Prefer over the smaller band. I believe you will like.

Q: Are these stretchy enough in front for a man to wear?

Being a woman I don't know for sure, but they should be.

Q: Are these soft and completely Full Stretchy? Any other choices?

Between 1-10, softness is about a 7 to me. Stretchy, I give it a 6. The old Hanes was a lot better.

Very comfortable and good value for a quality product.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Pure cotton knicks for summer feel more healthy. The fit is true to U.K. sizing. The quality and cut are excellent, making them very comfortable. They wash well and are colour-fast. I will order more in the future.
