Really works, 9-12v items charged from 5v usb port brilliant!.
What a fantastic product, now I can plug in and charge 9-12v electrical products from a usb port!.

Does not hold specification!
It doesn't even give 300mA feeded from a 10Ah power bank! I know though it can give about 70mA. I shall see if I can measure a more exact current. This is not good! Maybe I should have it replaced. I will follow this up.
