Fresh and Chewy Almond Buttery Deliciousness!
If you love eating a protein bar every day for breakfast you should know about these. It is kind of like whoo hoo you are really living now when you taste the absolute deliciousness of these bars. These have the perfect combination of rich buttery almond mixed with chewy oats and other grains that are very healthy. There is just a hint of cinnamon blended in with a little honey. The sugar is comparable to most protein bars. The ones I was eating before these on a regular basis had 4g per bar. These are 9g per two bars. It is near impossible to make protein taste good without a little sweetness in the bar. Each package has two bars and one is great as a snack or you can eat both for a full breakfast. When I first saw these I thought the cost was fairly reasonable but they are even less expensive here! They arrived the next day! I personally think these are one of the best protein bars I've ever tasted. 220 calories is nothing for a breakfast! These keep me satisfied until lunch or work well as a little treat later in the day! Also these were fresh with an expiration date out 8 months. I think I'll be through one box in 6 days! I'll definitely get these again and can highly recommend them. Two bars have 8g of protein and 3g of fiber plus 1g of fat.~The Rebecca ReviewP.S. These are great to put in your pocket or purse for a snack later! I sometimes eat them for breakfast and sometimes as a snack later if I eat something different for breakfast. The packages travel well as I found out today! I had to take my cat Fuzz to the vet for a checkup and did not have time to fit in lunch.P.S. 2 - I can't live without these now. I just got two more boxes! Ha! I feel much healthier eating these and have more energy. I'm also losing weight so I think the fiber helps!

Delicious!
My favorite granola/protein bar! Good for every morning! They taste like a chocolate-covered banana bread – not too sweet, just the right amount of chocolate, and no weird aftertaste like some protein bars have. The texture is chewy and satisfying without being too dense or chalky.I also love that they have 12g of protein, but still feel like a treat. They actually fill me up and don’t upset my stomach, which is rare for protein snacks. The ingredients list is recognizable too, no fake stuff. real bananas, nuts, and dark chocolate.

Delicious Bars to Have
These bars are delicious! The almond butter flavor is rich and satisfying, making them a great option for breakfast or a snack. The texture is a nice balance between chewy and crunchy, thanks to the combination of whole grains and almonds. They’re not overly sweet, which I appreciate. This makes them a wholesome choice for sustained energy throughout the morning. They are also gluten-free, which is a plus for those with dietary restrictions. The bars come individually wrapped, making them perfect for on-the-go snacking. I often grab one when I’m in a rush, and they fit easily into my bag or lunchbox. They’re a great alternative to traditional breakfast options when time is tight. I’ve noticed that these bars provide a good energy boost without the crash that sometimes comes from sugary snacks. They keep me feeling full and satisfied until my next meal, which is essential for my busy mornings.

Tasty, Filling, and Perfect for Busy Mornings!
These KIND Breakfast Bars have been a game-changer for my hectic mornings. The peanut butter flavor is delicious without being too sweet, and the texture is soft and chewy — much better than some other "breakfast" bars that feel dry or overly processed.I love that they’re made with 100% whole grains and are gluten-free, making them a healthier option that actually keeps me full for a few hours. Each pack comes with two thin bars, which makes it easy to portion out or save one for later. They're also really convenient to throw in a bag for on-the-go breakfasts or snacks. If you’re looking for a wholesome, great-tasting breakfast bar, these are definitely worth trying!

Really good
Really good, tastes great, and best of all it’s a great price! Perfect to munch on at work, school, or to tide you over between meals. I tried the Almond butter flavor but I’ll definitely try the other flavors too.

Terrific flavor and texture
I wanted a high protein bar that was lower in calories but not flavor, I hit the high mark here. Delicious without being overly sweet or sticky. The caloric and carbohydrate content being within my acceptable range met my requirements. The convenience of the prepackaged bars make it possible for me to tuck them into my gym bag, purse or backpack to take with me while I’m on the go.

Tastes Great, But Misleading as a Protein Bar - Loaded with Sugar!
I’ve been eating the KIND Breakfast Protein Almond Butter bars for years. They’ve always been my favorite, great taste, satisfying texture, perfect with a cup of coffee in the morning. But recently I made the decision to cut sugar from my diet, and that’s when I took a closer look at the label.I was shocked to realize how much sugar is packed into these bars: 13 grams total, 7 grams added, and only 8 grams of protein. For something labeled a "protein bar," that’s incredibly misleading. At 220 calories, a true protein bar should be delivering closer to 20 grams of protein, not a handful.I still love the flavor, but KIND needs to do better. If you're going to market something as a breakfast protein bar, it shouldn't be 60 percent carbs and sugar. I’d happily come back if they reformulated this into something that actually fits a high-protein, low-sugar lifestyle. Until then, I’m switching to other options.
