Cuts like butter! Love making earrings with Hardwood Edge walnut on my 75w CO2 laser. Amazing quality wood, always straight, perfect size and ready to go directly in the Laser. Walnut is dark, beautiful, and REALLY pops with a light coat of mineral oil or other wood conditioner. Amazing value!

The web page does not even come close to describing the beauty of these wood panels. Top grade with a perfect grain pattern. Perfectly straight. The two panels in the package are a matched pair. It seems a shame that I am going to cut them into pieces to use for a segmented turning.

I have purchased multiple separate orders from this company, maybe ~50pcs. The wood has been good-to-high quality IMO. They usually send sequentially pairs of boards which makes it likely the pair will match closely.Anecdotally, I've noticed a lot of packs come with 1 pc that is very high quality (completely without defects) with the other pc being SLIGHTLY lower quality. Maybe due to smaller size trees being milled or an intentional business practice, i'm unsure. But it does seem like sometimes they sneak a lower quality board in with a higher quality. I have not gotten a pack with 2 "perfect" pieces. Most defects are minimal/manageable and are related to Reactionary Wood or excessive Pith.With that being said ~95%+ of pcs i've received have been a pleasure to work with. Wood is innately imperfect, but the company seems to be a honest. For me, they have been very responsive and fair in helping solve any concerns/issues.

The boards arrived on time, well packaged and were exactly the dimensions promised. Buying wood online means you take a chance, but I will DEFINITELY be ordering more from this seller.

The cut and planing were perfect. The only issue was that most both pieces was sapwood and not the rich color of black walnut. Thin detail pieces like these need to be true to the color. That issue made these difficult to use. Otherwise they were fine.

This is pretty much what I expected from the Hardwood Edge and with proper measurements I think it will be perfect for a small jewelry box for my granddaughters fifth birthday. I’m excited to see how it cuts down to the dimensions I’m going for and I think it is also a nice not too expensive couple pieces to try it on and fingers crossed that I actually get a nice little jewelry box made. I think having so many options for wood is awesome to be able to get it from Amazon and we need sellers like this to be there when we want to buy a specific hardwood online. I’m happy with what I received from them and I recommend them to anyone else that would like to purchase wood precut and ready to work with easily. The walnut is beautiful and it’s probably the first actual walnut I’ve ever wanted to get because of the dimensions and it’s ready to go status. Thank you Hardwood Solutions for having a great solution for me. Wish me luck because I think it’s always good luck when others hope you have success. It’s the whole collective conciseness concept. If we’re hopeful that something goes a certain way. Or like praying as a congregation for the outcome of a person’s recovery or the outcome of their goal when everyone is praying for the same outcome. Too deep, Right. It’s great hardwired. I’ll be ordering from them again.

By far one of the best suppliers for this high quality solid wood sheets. I have used the walnut, cherry, and hard maple from this supplier for earrings that I cut on a laser engraver, and it is fantastic. Definitely worth getting for your craft projects.
