These are very stiff at the beginning. But they are very comfortable and have helped me a lot with technique and upping the weights. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this item especially considering it's low price point.

delivery was VERY quick, I got the 3 sets I ordered the very next day. These straps are excellent, I really like the design and that dotted rubber inlay makes it much easier to fix your grip, I have been struggling to hold onto the bar when doing 3 x 25 sets of 60Kg deadlifts, but last night I did 3 x 30 sets at 80Kg! there is no way I could have held the bar that long without lifting straps, I can now focus on my form and technique instead of being held back by my grip strength, I would however highly recommend doing a YouTube search on how to use lifting straps for deadlifting, its not as simple as you think but get this right and your deadlifting will go to a new level. I love these straps and will be recommending them to everyone in our gym.
