This is amazing for the problem I have with my liver.
Last year the doctors wanted to place me in hospital for liver issues. I don't drink alcohol so its related to my diabetes medication. My brother told me about this product so I ordered it. It arrived the very next day and I immediately started taking it. Within 3 day the pain was gone and I have been using these ever since . Even the doctors were amazed by the blood tests a week later . I highly recommend these for a good liver detox ( also helped my kidneys which I wasn't aware they did ) .

Easy Swallow, Taste of Garlic
I've bought a few bottles. I'm taking 9 per day for 30 days as per an American Doctor's recommendation on YouTube for removing fat from the liver. A condition which I have. The pills are big, but coated and easy to swallow. I don't know what the ingredients are derived from but it must be garlic, because they have a pungent smell and taste of garlic.I'll let you know in a month or 2 if the ALT blood work and hopefully an ultrasound show the no fat.

It works well with no heavy oily feel.
Very good, I didn't get pimples after taking borage oil when I took this vitamin e with it. Borage oil liquid is meant to be safer than the capsules, and I'm using it to support my adrenal glands. I feel this vit e neutralizes the heaviness. Pleasantly surprised as I took the dry e before as I thought it was far too many oils, but it's on olive oil so it's light.

If your body needs help digesting Fats
This is a product that I have used on and off for a number of years. It is excellent if you need help digesting any kind of fat in foods. Although people tend to believe that all fats are bad for you this is not true. Some fats are needed in order to obtain the nutrients inside them. After years of avoiding fats I was unable to eat any type fat and this product is one of the ones I now take so that I can eat some of the healthy fats.Solgar is a well known and trusted brand.

Doesn't work for me
I cannot swallow these horse pills without breaking them in half. Think I am giving up on Solar, except maybe for the digestive enzymes. I'd prefer powder in capsule anyway, for easier uptake and minimal fillers.
