I recently purchased this smart body fat scale as it came recommended, and I'm really impressed with it, considering the price point. It offers a great value for the money. One of the standout features for me is the rechargeable battery, a huge plus, and it uses a Type-C port for charging which is even better. No more scrambling for specific coin batteries that you never find!The scale provides a helpful guideline to your body stats, including weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and other metrics. While these measurements might not be perfectly clinical-grade accurate, they give a very useful overview and you can track changes over time, which what I was looking for.The app is another highlight. It's user-friendly and quite intuitive to navigate. Connecting the scale is a breeze – it pairs quickly and reliably every time so far, no issues. The stats are presented clearly and concisely, making it easy to understand your progress and track your fitness journey. Would recommend if you're looking to start tracking these things and don't want to spend hundreds on a smart scale.

I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!

These scales are great value for money. Consistent, reliable, and the app integration is fantastic. It’s been super helpful in tracking my progress as I’m trying to lose weight. The weight readings are accurate and stable, but I’m not sure how precise the extra metrics like body water and bone mass are. The app is easy to use and syncs well with other fitness apps, so I can track everything over time. Overall, it’s a great affordable smart scale, but I wouldn’t rely too much on the body composition readings beyond the weight.

Great product. The app is so easy to set up and me and my partner were both able to have separate accounts on separate phones. It is a quality item which seems very durable like it would last a while. It is well worth the money considering you can get simple scales in the supermarket for the same price. This provides loads of information about body weight, fat percentage and muscle mass. The app has graphs as well as a scale as to where you lie compared to average.

Had mine for couple months now and I love them! For me watching the numbers come down on the app is a massive incentive to keep going and improve my health. Scales connect to the app via Bluetooth, easy to set up.These are by far the best set of scales I have owned. I do have a bog standard no thrills ordinary set of scales and to compare the two in weight accuracy, they both read the same, which is good news.I was intrigued by all the other information that is available on these Renpho scales such as BMI, Protein, Body Water, Fat Mass and so on, which add to my incentive to keep going. I am currently 17lbs down from the day these arrived in April. Obviously I have made some changes to my diet and exercise to aid in my progress. I've a way to go to reach my goal, but everyday watching these numbers change is another day I am winning.Additional family members can be added to the app and have their own profile, which is great for some. But my son and I like to keep things separate so yesterday his own set of these scales arrived 😊
