Excellent Upgrade for My Laptop!
I upgraded my laptop with the Crucial RAM CT102464BF160B 8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL11 Laptop Memory, and it’s made a noticeable difference! Installation was super simple, and it was recognized instantly. My laptop now runs much smoother, especially when multitasking or running heavier applications. The memory performs exactly as advertised, with no issues. I can tell it’s much faster than the previous 4GB stick I had, and I’m able to run more programs simultaneously without any lag. This RAM has definitely improved the overall speed and performance of my laptop.I’ve had no compatibility problems, and it runs perfectly in my system. For the price, it’s an excellent value. If you're looking to boost your laptop's performance without breaking the bank, this Crucial RAM is a great choice! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Does what it says on the tin - and saved me spending a fortune on a new MacBook!
Read a few reviews about installing extra RAM in an old 2012 MacBook as could not afford a new one. After many reviews and a few video tutorials from YouTube i decided to give it a go - besides my MacBook is well out of warranty so worst case scenario i would be stuck with the original 4GB RAM!Spent more time trying to find a screwdriver with a small enough head to undo the screws on the underside of my MacBook than to actually install the RAM.It was this simple - Screws out, cover off, disconnected power connector, quick click to pull old RAM out, inserted new Ram, reconnected power connecter, screw back cover on and switched on - hey presto! My MacBook now has 16GB RAM, 4 times the amount it was sold with and is again a dream to work on.If anyone else has a 4gb RAM 2012 MacBook and is losing their mind with the slowness (as i was) I would highly recommend buying more RAM (max 16gb i think they take) which cost 100/th of a new MacBook, you will not be disappointed.(My only problem now is the ever fastening battery drain, but my machine is 10 years old and other than that still going strong so can't complain too much)

Does the job well - paid a higher price for peace of mind
I could not really tell you if this is excellent but I will say that it has done wonders in breathing new life into an old laptop. Of course, any other brand might have done the same and worked just as well/fast and I did pay a bit more for the Crucial brand but I think with something like this you need reliability - you don't want to be in the middle of something important and have your computer stop working. So my experience so far is good but you will have to decide for yourself if something cheaper would have worked just as well. Personally, the extra amount paid for the make is worth the peace of mind in knowing I have a product made by a company that has a reputation for quality.

High Quality Memory and a Perfect upgrade for the Asustor AS5002T-DC1C NAS.
This memory was well packaged in a sturdy plasic housing that was easy to open.I purchased this RAM as an upgrade for my Asustor AS5002T NAS which came with just 1 GB pre installed. As usual with Crucial it arrived quickley and fitted easily with no problems, and my NAS immediately saw the 4GB on powering up.Be advised that you cannot leave the supplied 1GB chip in the first slot and add this chip to the second slot as the chips have to be matching pairs. The max total being 8 GB ie 4GB in each Memory slot. Slot one must be occupied. The memory chips are aligned by the cut out slot in the connectors and inserted into the socket at an angle lifting vertically as they are pushed in and engaging with the holding clips into the notches you can see on either side of the board. If you are uncertain there are plenty of clips on You Tube showing the method. Memory is susceptable to static so only hold by the edges and touch any earthed metal before starting especially if you have a nylon carpet etc.Once you have inserted the memory and powered up your equipment should start its power up sequence. If it hangs you have a problem with the memory, it is either incompatible, faulty or not inserted correctly. Try powering off and re-inserting it before going further.I had no problems with this Crucial memory, it looks well made and is functioning fine.As the price is reasonable I highly recommend it.

Compact & powerful NAS enclosure, software may not suit advanced users
The NAS is well constructed and has a very small footprint, so could easily fit in any office space. Is also very quiet and aesthetically pleasing to look at and would not be out of place along side normal hifi/home entertainment equipment, however the blue stripe might not be to everyone's taste and the LEDs may be distracting. All-in-all the hardware for this is well thought out, good options for extension, my only minor complaint hardware-wise is that the plastic cover at the front of the disk trays feels like it could be broken/cracked easily if it were mishandled. The software however may leave you wishing it attempted less. I guess it is designed for novice/non technical users, as it has a quite a fussy multi-modal Windows-eqsue interface which attempts to hand-hold you at every turn, and has applied defaults which it doesn't look like you can disable (e.g. port 80 is tied up but only to be forwarded to by the clunky admin UI). Advanced users will likely find this type of setup frustrating or limiting.Out of the box, it is also quite outspoken, as it likes to verbally announce when some system tasks have completed, e.g. firmware update, RAID changes etc. This type of alert can be switched off, but was a bit of a surprise when it first happened as I wasn't expecting my NAS to start yelping in the middle of the night! However, when I found myself googling if it were possible to get FreeNAS/other Linux OS on this box, I realised this wasn't going to be for me and ended up returning it. Which is a shame as I quite liked the hardware/form factor and have yet to source an equivalent. If you can live with the OS/UI, then it's quite a strong contender for a compact, feature-filled NAS.
