I don't see the harm i use to add abidec vitamins for my newborn in her milk. However be mindful that it does change the flavour of milk.

Not sure about nuts, but the labels do mention that it is free from dairy products and peanut oil.

Yes as far as I can tell it’s sugar free

Hi, does any one know if this tastes exactly the same as the younger kid version?

I use both and they look identical...my eldest hasn't commented on a change in taste but I haven't tried both personally.
