Does this product have beeswax in it? In the product description it says no beeswax and then in the ingredients listed in the images it contains BW

The original product did not contain beeswax. As far as I know this doesn’t either, but I would contact the company directly for peace of mind.

Is it supposed to have little balls like a exfoliator?

No it’s like a cream which melted with hand temp
