Is this good for redness and dry skin before putting make up on?

I have dry skin and as long as you moisturise well before applying I have found it makes a difference I don’t have the dry patches showing through which sometimes without using primer I have to remove and reapply make up to get right. I wore this about 14 hours on my wedding day and no issues whatsoever. Hope this is helpful.

Is this product genuine? And it's ok for combination skin?

I hope it's genuine, I didn't have any reasons not think it'a genuine.I have combination skin and I really like to use it before applying make-up. I have just re-ordered it. Hope this helps.
