We originally purchased our wine fridge in August of 2018 and used it as a standalone for several years of reliable service. It looked great and maintained temperatures in the separate compartments well. It was a little bit noisy, but nothing that really interferred with TV or conversation (it was in our living room).We recently remodeled our kitchen and created a space to use the fridge as a built in. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks in the new location we noticed that it was running continuously and not cooling. We had a service technician look at it, who determined it was not repairable.Disappointed that we had just created a space for this fridge and now were without one, we first checked with Kalamera to see what options might be availabe. Even though it had been 6 years since our purchase, they offered a 50% discount on a new fridge. We were very pleased with this offer and were happy that we'd be able to keep the same fridge. The new fridge is working great, is much quieter than the original (we have to strain to hear this fridge running), and has all the same great features of the original.

Delivery and installation went very smooth. Very strong packaging for protection. Main concern was noise level since it is near the family room. Fortunately, the unit is very quiet. Like the space proportion for the bottles - racks are easy to pullout. Dual temp is reasonably accurate. The only observation of concern, although a minor concern, is the unit does seem to run for longer periods of time. Unlike our refrigerator which runs in shorter timeframe and then shuts off, the wine cooler seems to run for longer periods of time - although fairly quite - shuts off and then runs again. Perhaps this is to keep a more constant circulation of air for cooling. That said, this seems to be a minor issue and overall, we really like the unit especially at the price and free delivery.

Has worked well for months. Small and fits on counter top. Sleek.

Arrived in good condition. Easy to install the door handle. The racks hit the door seal when pulled out, so the door needs to be fully open and still you have to be careful pulling the racks out to prevent rubbing on the seal. I would prefer to be able to have all the bottles pointing the same way and the rack slats prevent the bottles from being close...except if every other one is opposite direction. Temp seems to stabilize well but there is no indication which temp indicator goes to which area (top or bottom). The manual does not even say. Just this web page. I think the light should come on when the door is opened, instead of requiring a push of a button. And the fan noise is noticeable in a quiet area, and basically never turns off. Good for temp control, but really, wine just needs a consistent temp, not exactly this or that. So if some bottles are 2 degrees warming than others, no big deal, but constant noise means you do not want the cooler in a living area.

Purchased a few days ago, I installed it (plug in), everything looks good and runs well! I believe most of these mini fridges are the same, except for size or number of bottles. My experience was good and I find the price is quite competitive; this one was half the price of one I purchased through an appliance store years ago and it lasted a little over 5 years; not a great result. I didn't realize Amazon could deliver items that weighed over 100 lbs but mine was delivered the next day with Prime delivery, on a pallet, packaged well and with no damage. Hopefully, my long term experience will be just as good!

The media could not be loaded. Terrible customer service. The product was defective out of the box as it would not control the upper and lower temperature zones. Videos of the problem were sent to the Mfgr. They responded with non-sequitur (nonsense) responses to the written correspondence. Then they acknowledged the the temp control board had failed after viewing the video. NOTE: They said they would supply the part IF I WAS WILLING to do the repair. I declined. All of the above is supported by email correspondence and video.

The refrigerator looks great in my new kitchen and I love having the two zones. I had no complaints with the noise. The best part of the product was the customer service. When I had an issue, I emailed them and they were easy to work with until the issue was resolved. The manufacturer stands behind the product.

Looks nice and my zones are set as low as they can go (40 and 50), but no bottle in my fridge has ever been colder than 50 degrees from any shelf. Also the shelves are wooden so they don't feel super sturdy as you pull them out.
