Put in fridge to chill well. Then bang bottle several times on very hard surface. This separates the capsules. Then either keep them in the fridge or put in a bigger bottle or jar with dry white rice. Works great!!

All the pills are stuck together & I can’t even get them out of the bottle!!!!

Despite other reviewers having an issue with this product sticking together inside the bottle, I had absolutely no issues and I'm beyond thrilled with that and with the strength of this product and the ingredients. It was exactly what I was looking for. I also love the fact that it's a soft gel instead of a capsule. I highly recommend! 👍
