TRP01 - Royal Conservatory Technical Requirements for Piano Level 1 2015 Edition Paperback – January 1, 2015

I like this book. It’s mainly learning scales such as majors, minors, and harmonics, as well as chromatics. It’s useful if you want to learn more technical parts of the piano

Too expensive 😅

The book contains only a handful of pages with very basic information. Publishers could’ve easily put four or five volumes into the same book. Instead, they sell a handful of pages for $20 each for nine volumes. You do the math.

This book is 16 pages of a few scales and chords, and although fine as a _very_ short primer on a few things, has no material that a 5 minute YouTube video or any other intro chapter in any other music book won’t have. Extremely overpriced for what it is just because it is a part of a particular curriculum.

Honestly, the price was exaggerated, simply overpriced comparing to Royal Conservatory website, which did not work at the time of purchase, unfortunately. However, needed them at the time, so thanks anyway.
