My 3mo old is almost 16lbs, 27in long (big boy :) ) What size am I suppose to get him?

Hmm... you might want to get the medium, especially for the length. It will be a bit big but I think will be your best bet!

Should i choose a size up? At my sons last visit he was 11lbs and 23" long. I know a size up is always best but they grow so fast

You might want to go with the 4-8 month size. If you get the 6-12 month size, your son will be swimming in it. We have an 8 month old son and he still fits pretty well in the 4-8 month size... Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, just let me know. :)

Probably just from sitting in the plastic bag… just wash it.

Yes, it’s very breathable. They do make fleece ones but this one is a thin, summer sleeper. We love it.
