Great comfort and good sleep
I bought one to see if it would help me as a side sleeper who has been waking up with a sore neck and found this pillow to cure that within days . It’s soft but firm holding it shape well with its own cover which I’m sure will help durability. At its price it is excellent and I ended up buying 3 for family members all of whom have commented on much better sleep as a result of changing pillows

A little low but superbly comfortable & supportive
When the pillow arrived, my initial impressions were that it was too small & thin to provide any support at all. However, once it was alongside my existing pillows it was clear that it was the same size (though a fraction of their depth).I've had a week of excellent & very comfortable sleep on a "Prime: Try Before You Buy" offer, and it was so good that I've now decided to keep it & paid.My only slight niggle is that it could be a bit thicker so that the whole pillow sits a little higher. At 6ft 3" my head is much lower off the bed than I'm used to for the ultimate comfort when sleeping on my side so I'm currently experimenting with putting a thin pillow underneath this one to see how that goes.(Others have noted a string smell - once inside a pillow protector & pillowcase, there was a slight smell from new with mine, but it had disappeared by the third night).

Very comfy but..
I originally bought this for a housemate who has BPPV, sadly after 4 days of using it it caused an incident.I then tried to use it and even though it's so comfortable woke up on day 8 with a neck / back spasm... My usual pillow is the same design but a lot firmer... But I have to say that it's the most comfortable pillow I have ever used!So if you haven't got a specific issue that requires a specific position this will probably be the most comfortable pillow you've ever had!

Great pillow, all the top review are right
I brought this pillow based on the reviews, which can be hit and miss. But in this case all the positive reviews were right.Once I took the pillow out of packaging and left it 2-3 hours it was fully expanded. The cover is good quality and has a zip if you want to wash it, which is great. After my first nights sleep, I woke up without a stiff neck and shoulders and you wouldn't think that would be possible with a pillow of this value, but it is.Definitely recommend, two thumbs up.

It stinks terribly
When unpacked, the pillow remained in this bent state for a long time. Economy - of course, it is appropriate. But mankind has already invented vacuum bags, after which things do not spoil so much. The pillows straightened up and gained their size after two days. The stench of these pillows is incomparable. It's some kind of acrid chemical smell. 20 days have passed since the purchase - the stench has not gone anywhere, but it has become lighter. But still - he is. It stinks so much that you have to ventilate the room. High-quality outer coating, but not at all high-quality inner shell. Foam pillows are the most comfortable and we have been using them for several years.
