Q: Can you use this to refill the plug in devices?

We do it, just pry off the plastic cap, fill the bottle, replace the cap and plug the unit back in

Yes, do not worry it does work as good as the pet odor febreze.

Q: Does this comes with a seal?

Both of ours had no seal under the cap.. It didn't seem to be a problem, it smelled OK and the bottles were full, the caps were on OK and no leaks, but I was concerned that there was no seal under the cap - that is so unusual

Q: can this be combined with isopropilic alcohool ?

It contains alcohol in the ingredients. Not sure how much/percentage of alcohol, though.

Febreze Fabric Refresher Extra Strength Air Freshener 27 Fl OzWorks great on upholstery, drapes, pet areas, sneakers, gym bags, etc. It's also great to have on hand for between washes. It seems to actually get rid of the odor, as opposed to just masking it. The scent is not overpowering nor florally, rather it is more of a fresh scent. It's a good value for a bottle this size, I'll definitely purchase it again in the future. Two thumbs up!
