Based on my observation, after mixing one packet into 16 oz bottle of water, I felt full and not hungry the whole day. I will see after finishing the whole box. I order fruit punch and taste so good

Tastes great! It actually tastes just like my favorite drink Karma with prebiotic cultures. I love it. I prefer my water bottles to taste slightly watered down so I usually use half a pack per bottle. I do this with any drink packet mix for water bottles. It’s not too strong when you use it all. My daughter let me taste hers. Not tart or overpowering. I like the fact that it has caffeine in it to give me a boost. Dissolves easy. Great for hydration. I’m happy with these. Will be buying more. They definitely help me to drink more water. Alone water is too bland so I just don’t drink it as much as I would with something like these.

These packets of drink mix are so handy. They taste great and give a good boost of energy without making you feel jittery. You do have to mix it good so that it doesn’t clump but nothing drastic. I did take away a star for the color. I feel like it would be better without the artificial coloring.

This is an excellent product! It dissolves easily, is the perfect size for a bottle of water, gives just the right amount of energy along with excellent hydration! And it's an incredible value for what you get!

The fake sugar taste is overwhelming to me. I also think it would taste better as just lemonade without the blueberry after taste. But I only drink water normally, so it might be just too much for me.

I didn't know what to expect from these packets but: the flavor is good and fresh, and they keep me from going into starvation and snacking mode before lunch. For a supplement, this is a decent product. Haven't noticed any weight loss but I am pleasantly surprised that it does what no other breakfast or snack or anything has achieved in the past and I feel like I can go longer between meals.

I love these. I usually have one at work around lunch time and it is a great pick me up. Mixes into water easily and doesn’t clump. It curbs my appetite and keeps me from boredom snacking. Below there was a review that said something about the packaging stating to only drink 2 per week which worried me after ordering. I looked at the packaging and it says to stop using if you lose more than 2 pounds a week. I wanted to clarify this in case people were not wanting to order due to this reason. (Excessive fast weight loss can be hard on the body) so I totally get why they have to have it on the package. They also taste great and don’t have the weird fake “diet” after taste that a lot of drinks have. The caffeine is a nice boost to get through the rest of the day. Worth it for the price.
