Probably either fake or expired product
The mascara cap is wonky in all the videos shared and the one i received too. Smells a lot like alcohol and is dry, patchy, not at all like the same mascara i used before this ( i had bought it offline). Beware either the product is fake with same packaging or expired but repackaged with new dates
