Sir Apply initial dose of 100gram per 10000litre water, Make sure that airation iis kept on throughout 24hrs daily. After 7days apply recharge dose of 50gm per 10000litres of water. In case of biofloc tank add sufficient carbon source (Sugar, jaggery or molases) slowly day by day to achieve desired floc level. In case of natural pond apply 500-1000gram per acre of pond with 3feet water level. Increase dosage by 500gm per feet of water above 4feet depth.
