I believe it all depends on the fork that comes the build.

How does the front fender attach, it comes with 3 bolts but the stock sur-ron forks don't have any place to attach to?

Its for the newest models of sur-ron with the fast ace forks. Or any upgraded forks. Not for the DNM or rts
