I like this preparation of Magnesium, it's soft on gut, unlike the other preparation that caused bloating.

I love these vitamins. I have noticed a big improvement in my sleep. This is my 2nd month ordering them.

After taking several doses I read the bottle and there is also Magnesium Sterate in the ingredients. Studies show This is not good for human consumption. Th way the label reads only Magnesium Glycinate and Vit D is in the capsule. Kal company and Amazon should make buyers aware because Magnesium comes in other unabsorbable forms. I expect a refund even if it’s not returnable. It’s only good for the garbage. I had it in the basket and Amazon sent this before I could take it out of the basket because the other ordered Brand of Magnesium wasn’t shipped so I demand a refund.

Didnt work for me.

Now that I’ve finished a bottle, I can say I didn’t notice any difference.
