Battery was well packaged. Included two screwdrivers (Phillips and torx) and a pick/shim. I didn’t use any of the tools. Was about a 5 minute install.You will have to reuse the battery cable and mounting screw. Battery arrived charged to 46% and bios shows health as excellent. I use this with a dell latitude 5410.Longevity is unknown, but if something bad does happen I’ll update the review.

It arrived quickly, fit perfectly (it even included the necessary tools!), was easy to install, and is working fine now. It was a very good price. I've had this laptop (Dell XPS 13 9360) for over 8 years, the first battery lasted 4 1/2 years, the second lasted for 3 1/2 years - this is the third, hopefully it will last at least 3 years! The second battery recently failed, one of the cells had swollen, and was actually pushing the left side of the keyboard up. Swollen batteries are a sure sign of failure - Thanks!

I recently purchased this battery as a replacement for my HP Pavilion 15-DW, and I'm extremely happy with it! The installation was straightforward, fitting perfectly into my laptop without any issues. Right after installing, my laptop powered on without a hitch, and the battery life has been excellent. I'm getting a solid few hours of use, comparable to when my laptop was new. It charges efficiently and holds a charge well, which is exactly what I needed.

This was for a Dell XPS 13 laptop that is at least 6-7 years old and it is used for mostly internet surfing. I picked this based on other reviews and so far all is good. I get about 5 hours of continuous use. I can't recall if original provided the same, but for the last few years it only worked when plugged in. It was easy to swap out and all tools are included. I have been using it for about 2 weeks.

Excellent. Included necessary screwdrivers. Came partially charged. Easy to put in. It was really nice the screwdrivers were included.

DO NOT BUY!I figured I'd give this cheap battery a shot, and so I bought one and installed it in my laptop. Immediately, there were two issues. 1. The touchpad didn't click; the battery is slightly too large, so the touchpad is pushed into a clicked position. 2. The battery wouldn't fully charge; it was stuck at 80%.Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I asked for a replacement battery and spent the time to pull out the old one and put in the replacement. The replacement also made it so the touchpad wouldn't click.So now I get to return two crappy batteries.
