It would have to be a giant cake, or have a platform sitting on top of cake to put trailer set. You can do rest of cake with sand appearance and quads. It would be pretty cool. Read measurement of set.

does the trailer come off

Yes it does. It is a miniature goose neck connection. A pi on the trailer slides into o tube in the truck bed. Comes apart quite easily.
