Life Saver!
I am a sleep walker. I’ve experienced dozens of black eyes, stitches in my head, broken ribs and a fractured collar bone because I couldn’t find a product that successfully woke me up when I would get out of bed to sleep walk. This product works!! The ‘magic’ for me is the mat goes under your mattress making it difficult to move or disable during a sleep walking event. It fits in a suitcase, I take mine everywhere. It’s advertised for keeping elderly people in bed (I think?), my opinion is it should definitely be advertised for sleep waking as well. A friend who is a nurse brought it to my attention, and boy, am I glad she did. Thank you for this product - it really works.

Loud, stiff, plastic - Dont recommend
This thing is awful. It’s stuff, crinkly plastic. The alarm is god awful and loud. Got it for my dad who had a stroke so I could hear if he got up at night. There is no way this would work. He is wrestless and this would add to his discomfort. If the alarm did go off it would wake the whole dang house and freak him out increasing the risk of a fall plus add irritation to his brain by the awful tone. Now I find out there is no return policy? We never even used the darn thing. Rediculous scam. People who need help in situations like this and are trying to do their best to buy useful assistive tools for safety and get scammed on products like this…. It’s disgusting.

Well worth the money
My 96-year-old mom fell and broke her hip. She is stubborn and likes to keep doing things even though she hurts so we got this to Alert us when she’s getting up. It has different sounds and you could turn the volume up and down. We also use this on her belt when she needs to go to the bathroom so she can alert me on when she needs to get up off the toilet this gives her , her privacy.

Safety comes first
Works well, definitely works well notifying others movement is going on. However can be annoying for the patient when the alarm is going off with just turning in bed.

Not a Happy Camper
The product seems well-made and works on testing. Tonight will tell the whole storyHere’s what surprised me: 1. I thought the pad plugged into the wall in order to connect wirelessly to the monitor. No so, dear friends, not so. The pad plugs into the monitor directly which made placement of the monitor a PITA. By turning the pad upside down so I could take maximum advantage of the cord length, I barely got the monitor on my side of the bed. Flipping the pad over is contrary to the instructions, but I can’t see why one side is okay and the other is not. (I know. Shame on me for not reading the description and/or reviews more carefully, but my much less expensive infrared monitor is totally wireless and has a ton more tone and volume options.) 2. The instructions state that the pad and monitor should be replaced in ONE YEAR! Take about built in obsolescence! Next time I see anything from this manufacturer, I will read every word very carefully. I have a feeling there’s fine print somewhere that it is nonreturnable.
