Great washing machine! ! ! Highly recommended ~
The media could not be loaded. I have always wanted to buy a double-tub washing machine like this. I bought a portable single-tub washing machine from other platforms before. It broke quickly and the machine was not strong enough for washing. However, the washing machine I bought this time is very easy to use and stirs the water. The washing power is very strong, the washing is very clean, and the spin drying is also very easy. It can spin the clothes very dry, and they can be dried quickly indoors in California. The packaging of this washing machine is also very good. The machine was packed very tightly and safely when it arrived, and the machine itself is not heavy. I can move it around at will (I often need to put it in the bathtub for use, and it is not heavy and easy to move).

Awesome little washer!!
Washer works just as good as the day I purchased it!! Just as good as a full size washer, lightweight, not too noisy and it spins clothes almost dry! I can wash about 4 pair of jeans at a time! Rhe clothes always come out clean and on time! Much more speedy than I thought it would be. Very impressive!!

Perfect apt size
LOVE THIS LIL WASHER. WORKS GREAT IN MY APT. MY APT MANAGER BUILT ME A WOODEN BOX TO SIT IT ON IN MY BATHTUB WHILE USING IT. SAVES ME FROM HAVING TO PAY $4.50 PER LOAD TO WASH & DRY AT THE LAUNDRY MAT.

It was okay while it lasted
Purchased in October of 2023. The first few weeks were great. I was ready to post a fantastic review about it. Now here we are in December 2024 and the washing machine has completely died. A few weeks after purchasing, it started making a lot more noise than before. The motor sounded like it was struggling, but my clothing was washing just fine. I’d occasionally open the back to see if something was loose or whatever, but nothing seemed wrong. The last two weeks I’ve had it, leading up until today, it was making awful noises. The motor sounded like it was grinding/falling apart. Again, took the back off to inspect, even while running, and I couldn’t find anything wrong. Must be inside of the motor? The clothing stopped spinning entirely. But the pump and the spinner still worked just fine. I wiggled it around a bit and got it to work again. Went downstairs to finish cleaning and I could smell this god awful burning smell. I can’t describe it. Melting plastic smell? The motor was making noise but the laundry wasn’t spinning. I was practically gagging from the smell so I had to rush it down the stairs and out the door. Thankfully, the garbage men picked it up without any issues. Because it’s been a little over a year, I don’t qualify for any reimbursement, discounts, repairs, or whatever. The first machine I had (Gigantex) lasted me nearly three years - I will be returning to that brand, and likely the same load capacity. The reason I bought this one in the first place was because it could handle slightly larger loads.

DO NOT BUY ASURIAN PROTECTION PLAN
The product itself is ok in what it does and it lasted almost a year washing many loads so I guess on that front I got my moneys worth on the washes. As you can see from the pic I paid for a 2yr protection plan, hit up asurian and that’s the message I get. “Use the manufacturers warranty” well should have said that when you kept putting that protection plan in my face only to deflect me to the ppl I should have went through in the first place. Then cost way is no better, website says 24/7 customer service and offers you a number. You call said number then proceeds to say all offices closed only open Mon-fri such and such time. Ok so I used chat service only to sit on hold for 20 min and a message shown on top saying “usually responds in Under 40 min” 40 min!? All in all buy this and use it for what it’s for and save up for more a more stable washer like black and decker or something and if your not a handy man/woman prepare for headache contacting these ppl and if you paid for the protection plan like I did you just wasted 22 bucks.

Amazing little machine
We don't have washer dryer hookups in our apartment, so I looked into portable washers. This one was decently priced and seems to hold a larger load, so we decided to try it out. SO GLAD WE DID.This little thing was able to hold a queen sized fleece throw blanket, cleans in 3-12 minute cycle with normal or gentle wash. And oh man the spin cycle is AMAZING. Our clothes can be line dried in a few hours after going through the spin cycle. There's a inlet to add water but it was too slow for us, ended up using a 5 gal home Depot bucket in the shower and that worked great. 2-3 bucketfuls of water does the trick. For the spin cycle, we break it into a few loads, and definitely remember to put the little disk in before it spins. It's not noted in the instructions but it keeps the items inside the spinner. We didn't for one time, and a sock got stuck into the water drainage and we had to take it apart to get it out.

I love it but 2 things
Let me start off by saying, it's worth it and it works great. I do little loads throughout the week so this is perfect for me and my 2 kids. The one thing the bugs me though? If there are zipper hoodies, pants or long sleeved t-shirts in together. They will ball up. So I check it regularly and move clothes about when needed. Other than that. It is easy to use, does the job pretty good. The second part? The filter in the corner. That's fine to take out the small part. Cleaning the entire long part and inside? Not easy. I took it off thinking it would "click" back in. Nope. I had to take the top part off to insert that piece back in. A lot of extra work for that. Other than that it's been fantastic to have.
