Good ingredients. I only take one or two a day, rather than three. Saves money, still covers nutritional gaps. Plus, it seems like a smaller person wouldn't need the same dose a someone taller and larger.

We have these vitamins on subscribe and really have liked them very much . My husband takes them daily before work , he really feels the difference on days he forgets . He says they help him with energy and hunger as he noticed he doesn’t get as hungry and can get through those busy days when he is in the field and meetings and there’s no stopping for lunch . He also notices reaching for coffee less and less fatigue in the afternoon and is better able to transition after a busy day at work to coming home to a very busy and loud home with our very busy and loud children and granddogs lol and being present and not passing out somewhere. I also have benefited from these along with other supplements by this brand . I like to take mine mid day for a boost , I also noticed being consistent in taking them helps alleviate some of my chronic pain. I would love for these come in the glass bottle as our other supplement from this brand do .

So far no stomach issues from the pills.

I’ve been taking them vitamins for 3 months. I’ve noticed a marked difference in my energy level. I feel better and I’m less tired than before I began consuming them. The taste is not nearly as bad as most other vitamins, they don’t smell bad (like some vitamins), and they’re smaller also. I don’t enjoy having to take 3 pills, but it’s not a deal breaker. The 1st bottle was glass and came in its own box. Now, it comes in a plastic bottle and no box. I don’t like that the container is plastic. They’re definitely worth trying and the cost is better than the vegan vitamins I’ve purchased in the past. I’m happy that the vitamins are vegan.

They are big, but if you want a truly multivitamin, they have to be big.This product truly gives you what you need, be cautious though, I am 220 lb, I am 34 years old, I work out 4 days a week. If you buy this vitamins, make sure you are using them, otherwise the product is just waste in your body.

I got these because I definitely do not have the best diet, as I skimp on fruits and veggies more than I should and don't eat any seafood - but these have even more vitamins than needed to the point my pee is neon yellow because of how much is being excreted instead of absorbed. I have just purchased expensive pee... I was hoping the probiotics, plus a wider variety of minerals and supplements added like the spirulina, lecithin, inositol, magnesium, etc would help reduce how many pills I'd have to take to get those benefits, but I'd have to do a cost analysis at this point because so much of what's in this doesn't seem to be absorbed.Flavor isn't bad, the amount of fruits and veggies in this help. However having to take 3 of this monsters is difficult if you're not a champ at taking pills. I've tried taking all 3 at once and taking three individually, and it's terrible either way.

I've been purchasing these on and off for a few years, and I really wish they would lower the amount of B12 and B6 in the multivitamin. It dyes my urine neon yellow, even when I take 1 pill a day. If I take consistently for more than a few weeks it makes me very nauseous a couple hours after taking. My doctors believes it can be the high dosages of B6 and B12. Size is pretty large, no smell but can leave an after taste once swallowed.

I have been taking these for 3 days. I’m going return them. My heart has been pounding & I have had a dull headache. Then I noticed the insane amount of vitamin A. This is not okay.
