I’m so glad I decided to try this matcha! The Jade Leaf Ceremonial Grade Barista Edition is honestly perfect for anyone starting to make matcha at home. I was a little nervous at first because I’ve always just ordered my matcha lattes from Starbucks, but this powder actually tastes so much better. It blended really smoothly—no clumps at all—and the flavor is amazing. It’s not bitter like some other matchas I’ve tried, just super smooth and earthy in the best way.I made a matcha latte with just a splash of sweetener, but honestly, it didn’t need much at all because the taste stands out beautifully on its own. The color is another thing I noticed right away—it’s such a bright, vibrant green, which really shows the quality. Nothing dull or muddy-looking about it.This is definitely going to be my new go-to matcha. I love that I can whip it up at home and get something way better (and cheaper!) than my usual coffee shop order. Once I finish this bag, I’ll for sure be buying another. If you’re new to making matcha, this is the one to start with!

This was my first time trying this ceremonial matcha powder. I'm pleasantly surprised with the blend-ability and taste. I find that if sifted and whisked properly it is not as bitter for me personally as some other brands I have tried.I sift it then add an ounce of warm/hot water, blend with a bamboo whisk until smooth then add a few more ounces of the hot water along with steamed coconut milk and a dash of coconut sugar or maple syrup for a bit of sweetness.

This is a great option for making your matcha lattes at home. Good smooth taste when added to my frothed almond milk. It took me a couple times o get the strength right but I’ve dialed it in. I’m a little sensitive to caffeine but have had no noticeable jitters or anxiety like coffee gives me. Just a calm focused energy.

I would have given 5 stars for this product, because the first purchase that i made, had really sold me on this brand. I found the first order to be of high quality. It was smooth, blended well and mildly flavorful. however the second purchase was not quite the same quality. It was definitely a lower quality batch, the second time around, it had slight bitter aftertaste and a little chalky. I am not a novice matcha drinker, I know how to wisk the traditional way and I alway strain the powder before mixing to reduce clumping, and I am aware of the optimal water temperature for mixing. I am debating on whether or not to purchase it a third time or to try another high quality brand.

Very tasty! Great in the morning instead of coffee sometimes. Tastes even better after using a handheld mini whisk to quickly mix the milk and powder together

Dissolves quickly and easily, good mix-ability. Good flavor but overall bland and simple tasting. Terrible plastic coated pouch package, sprays allover counter, hard to scoop, and hard to reach powder at bottom.

This is a quality Matcha for the low price. Has body and taste and isn't very bitter. A good everyday matcha at a very fair price.
