Can i use it for conception?

YES! Insert a menstrual disc after the deed is done and it keeps the swimmers up there. Make sure you're really ready though because it works. I thought it would take a few months to conceive my second but I did this on the first try and now my babies are only 13 months apart!

How can you use that? Never heard of that

You would use the same as any disposable menstural disk like flex instead ect

Can i clean this in a menstrual cup steamer?

Don't see why you couldn't. They are silicone, which can handle some high temperatures just fine.
