Nordic Ware Half Sheet Cover, 13 by 18 Inch, Clear

These are super great for half sheet baking sheets. I actually use this for proofing not tall bread dough. For some breads, you can just proof on the half sheet, and bake. For other breads like ciabatta, I just place this over the heavily floured silpat. I like this lid because it keeps the moisture in the dough during proofing. This lid would also be nice for storage of large batches of cookies straight on the sheet, in a cold oven. I have found that storing cookies in a cold oven is dry and constant temperature. I recommend this to anyone who bakes cookies, brownies and certain not too tall breads.

Soft, Comfortable, and they stay tight which is the whole point!I'm really fussy about wrecked sheets and these are great.Wish they would label the long/short sides but that can be remedied with a sharpie.

I had two USA Pan half-sheet pans without lids. I contacted USA Pan for lids, but they don't sell them separately from the pans. The problem I had was one USA pan was an older model with a deeper rolled edge and the newer one had a thinner rolled edge. So I bought one Winco lid and one Nordic Ware lid hoping one of them would work on at least one of my pans. The first one I received was the Winco and it fit my newer USA pan perfectly even clipping on to the ends of the pan as it should. Unfortunately, it did not fit the older pan due to the deep rolled edge. When the Nordic Ware lid arrived, it fit my older pan (although it didn't clip to the edge) just fine. It doesn't matter to me that it doesn't clip--I bought them to cover rising dough rather than using plastic wrap. I am thrilled that both lids fit my individual USA pans. I took off 1 star only because it didn't clip tightly, but honestly, it wasn't designed for the USA pan.

These are a must have for me. I need to cover my sourdough creations like bagels and pretzels to proof and these are perfect.

I just about exclusively use the 1/2 sheet pans for baking. These covers are great for proofing, stacking, transporting, and storing a variety of baked goods.

I love this! I bought it so I can cover my cookies after I have baked and rested them. They fit over the baking tray perfectly.
