I LOVE this product. I've become allergic to the mainstream popular brand pads for my periods. I found out many brands use materials that have high allergens. I bought these by accident once and I never looked back. As a mom of two, this works great for bladder leaks and periods. Comfortable for everyday! Feels like cotton and super soft!

Very bulky. It does the stress and sneeze drops, but I think it's more suited to post partum.

The shape, size and liquid retention of the pads are critical. The Poise level 4 has met those criteria for my situation. The shape is sensible, wide at the front and back and narrower in the middle. The thoughtful shape is enhanced by leak prevention edges around the pad. The liquid retention suits my timing and sense of need. This aspect of liquid retention needs to be judged by each individual user. If one discovers the liquid retention of level 4 is inadequate, there are more levels beyond 4 that may meet this requirement.
