I have degenerate disc disease and osteoarthritis in my neck and back. I have always dealt with a great deal of pain when I am trying to sleep. I usually had a plethora of pillows that I used to prop up my neck and body perfectly. Two under my head, one under my knees, one that I hugged, and one pushed up against my back. If I didn’t have them just like that I couldn’t sleep at all. I would even get angry if anyone switched the order that my pillows were in because it left me trying to figure out how to get them back in the right order again. I was using regular and down filled pillows and even with all of these pillows I was still dealing with pain and insomnia. So, I finally decided to give a cervical pillow a shot. I read the reviews of numerous pillows and settled on this one because of it’s great reviews. When I tell you that I had major relief instantly, I am not kidding. I slept the best I had in about 20 years once I switched to this pillow. I know this is going to sound strange, but when I first started using this pillow it was like my body from the waist up was finally touching the bed for the first time. I realized just how out of line my normal pillows were making me. I have been able to sleep comfortably on my side, back, and stomach while using this pillow. The pillow might feel a little foreign at first because it’s not like the pillows we are all used to. But give it a night or two and you will settle right into it. The pillow has two sides to choose from. One is higher than the other. One great thing about this pillow is the manufacturer’s guarantee and they will even send you things to help make the pillow fit your neck better. I was so in love with this pillow that I got my husband one and he loves it as well. Please believe me when I tell you that you won’t regret buying this pillow! 10/10!

A little pricey but this pillow does help with my aches and pains. I am a side sleeper and shoulder pain can be a problem, this pillow eliminated that. I found the height for me was good without much fussing about. My neck feels a bit better, but having spinal problems it's always going to be a work in progress. The shape of the pillow is interesting, with areas sculpted out to put one arm if you are a side sleeper. Some nights this works perfectly, and for some unknown reason on other nights it is not a good fit for my arm. Even though the cover is washable, I do wish there was a custom pillowcase for this pillow, perhaps in satin so as not to dry out my hair. The pillowcase I am using is a bit short and doesn't conform well to the shape of the pillow, sometimes bunching up. I hope the pillow stays firm and doesn't get mushy over time like some memory foam. Time will tell.

I don’t often leave reviews, but thought this might help someone who is on the fence about these pillows like I was, mostly due to the price. I would 100% buy this pillow again. I was waking up every single day with neck pain, which then radiated all over into a whole head, headache. I’ve been using this pillow for around a month now and other than when I’ve not slept on it properly (not positioned on it correctly), I’ve been waking up virtually pain free every day. I’ve always been a stomach sleeper, and while this advertised that you can use it to sleep on your stomach, this hasn’t been the case for me because it’s not comfortable and I get neck pain when I try. HOWEVER, I’ve never been much of a back or side sleeper until I got this pillow and now I have no trouble sleeping in those positions and fall asleep fast! I am sleeping more soundly too.
