I really like these gummies, they came recommended after I was diagnosed with a Vit D deficiency. Ive taken them for about 6 months now, and winter felt a lot easier on my system with these acting in the background. My nutritionist said D3 is the best supplement to use. They taste good, and provide a full daily dose in one gummy, which is a lot better than other supplements that often only provide half a dose per gummy.

I have been suffering some perimenopausal symptoms and read that vit D is actually a hormone that can help to ease symptoms by balancing hormones and reducing inflammation in the body.I’ve been taking them every other day and I can honestly say they seem to be having a very positive effect.I seem to have regained mental clarity at work and the uncomfortable bloating I’d experienced has reduced quite considerably.They’re definitely working but I am being cautious with dosage as I have read that too much vit D can build up in the body.I would advise anyone to research vit d toxicity and keep these away from children as they do have a nice taste and would be easy to take too many.
