Depends on the wall. if it is smooth, it will remain fixed. I used it without screws between the door frame and it could hold 70-75kg weight easily.

Nope as long as u have a wall you can but the holes won't go anywhere you need to fill it out

If you install the brackets by using screws you can definitely use it on wooden door

Yes..You have to fully tighten it by rotating the rods in opposite directions
