Best and affordable Cookie Sheets
I have always ended up tossing my cookie sheets because they are so difficult to clean, but these are holding up so nicely I bought my granddaughter a set for her baking. They are heavy duty enough to keep from warping in a hot oven and the use of several silpat liners and parchment paper keep them looking like new.

Mostly good but will require you to find a new best cooking temperature
First the pros:These Nordic Ware baking sheets are of high quality. Not flimsy like typical baking sheets found in grocery stores. These are much heavier and are likely similar to the one's used in restaurants. Not much higher in price than the cheaper alternative. Due to even heat distribution, food burns less and is less likely to stick to aluminum foil on these baking sheets.Con:Sort of a minor one. Might be a problem for some. You will need to adjust your baking time and/or temperature for all food you cook in the oven. Typical cheap baking pans tend to have hot spots and cook faster at a lower temperature. A heavy duty baking sheet like these requires a much higher temperature. We used to cook chicken for 1 hour at 300 degrees on a regular baking sheet and it would be thoroughly cooked, sometimes burned up a little. Cooking chicken at 300 degrees on the thicker Nordic baking sheet for the same amount of time leads to undercooked chicken. So you will need to raise the temperature quite a bit across the board for all food items. Chicken cooked well at 350 degrees for us. So I think most food you bake will have to be cooked roughly 50 degrees higher and a few minutes longer.

Great cookie sheet
This pan is sturdy and perfect for a sheet-pan recipe, cookies, biscuits, and roasting vegetables just to name a few. I use parchment paper sometimes to help with clean-up. I never put this in the dishwasher. It cleans up nicely with dish soap and warm water. So far it has not warped and I've been using it for about 6 months. I would definitely purchase again.

Every Kitchen needs these
If you're looking to upgrade your baking game, or simply tired of flimsy, warping cookie sheets, the Nordic Ware Naturals Aluminum Commercial Half Sheet 2-Pack is a fantastic investment. This set, proudly made in the USA, delivers on its promise of durability, even heating, and overall versatility. What I Love:Heavy-Duty Construction: The first thing you'll notice is the heft. These pans feel substantial, not flimsy or lightweight like many cheaper options. The pure aluminum construction is thick and sturdy, promising years of reliable use. They don't buckle or warp, even at high oven temperatures.Excellent Heat Distribution: This is where these pans truly shine. The unpainted aluminum heats up quickly and evenly, leading to perfectly browned cookies, evenly cooked roasted vegetables, and consistent results every time. No more hot spots or undercooked edges!Perfect Size & Versatility: The half-sheet size is incredibly practical. It's large enough to handle a big batch of cookies or roast a family dinner, yet it still fits comfortably in most standard ovens. Beyond baking, I've used them for sheet pan dinners, roasting veggies, making pizza, and even as a cooling rack for larger items.Easy to Clean (with proper care): While they're not non-stick, cleanup is surprisingly manageable. I recommend using parchment paper or silicone mats for stickier items. For general use, a bit of dish soap and a gentle scrub is all it usually takes. Some patina/tarnishing is normal for bare aluminum and doesn't affect performance.American-Made Quality: Knowing these pans are made in the USA with high-quality materials gives me confidence in their longevity and performance. It's a purchase you can feel good about.Great Value: While they may seem like a bit of an investment upfront, these pans are built to last. Considering their durability and performance, the 2-pack provides excellent value and will likely replace multiple cheaper pans you might otherwise go through.Things to Consider:Not Non-Stick: These pans are made from uncoated aluminum, so they’re not non-stick. You will need to use parchment paper, silicone baking mats, or grease your pan well to prevent sticking, especially with delicate baked goods.Patina/Tarnishing: Over time, these pans will naturally develop a patina (oxidation) which is a normal process for bare aluminum and is not harmful. Some might prefer a shiny, new look, but the darkening does not impact their performance.Storage: Two half-sheet pans do take up some space, so be mindful of that if you have limited storage.Overall:The Nordic Ware Naturals Aluminum Commercial Half Sheet 2-Pack is a truly worthwhile addition to any kitchen. Their robust construction, exceptional heat distribution, and versatility make them a go-to for both baking and everyday cooking tasks. While they might not be as convenient as non-stick options, the trade-off in performance and durability is well worth it. If you're serious about baking and looking for pans that will last, I highly recommend these. Five out of five stars. This is a purchase you won't regret.

nice pans, hand wash!
these were just what I needed to replace my well worn pans, the only thing I didnt realize they were not supposed to go into the dishwasher. They are now discolored but still work well.

Who knew stainless-steel pans could be “nonstick”? SO worth the price!
Since when did stainless steel become nonstick? I’m pretty sure it’s because this SS is high-quality and doesn’t have the “pores” (can you tell I’m not a physicist?) to let food stick—like my decades-old Le Creusets (as long as I don’t do something stupid and let a pot burn without sufficient liquid). So there came a time when I realized—a “duh” moment—that, while I was religious about never using “nonstick” pans that may have been scratched (or, in one case, dishwashered) over the years, ensuring that my one remaining small “nonstick” skillet was never scratched—I realized that I had several “nonstick” sheet pans that had been scrubbed to death and yet were far from being nonstick. Toxic. So I bought 2 sets of quality stainless-steel pans from Amazon. And guess what? They’re non-stick. With these new sheet pans, which have by now been used dozens of times to roast mostly vegetables BARE—no parchment, no Silpat, just a little oil—the pans have washed up perfectly and easily (yes, when in doubt I do tend to leave in the sink for an hour or 8 with a little Dawn). I have been ultra-careful and hand-washed only, which is easy because they’re just scrub and go. Not scrub, scrub, scrub, and cry. Scrub softly with the business end of a Soft-Brite and they’re perfect. I’m actually astonished, and embarrassed that I cooked for so long with what could be toxic sheet pans. And I love the “little” pans. These are so handy! And all of these pans are SO worth the price! I bought 2 slightly-different sets (6 sheet pans—hey, I cook a lot!) , so I may repeat this review on the other set.
