Everyone is right: The magnet does NOT hold it on to ANYTHING. If that's what you're looking for, look somewhere else. For my purposes, it wasn't an issue. I just needed a relatively small and cheap eraser. Works well for chalk boards(which is what I use it with).

It works great but I guess I didn't realize that it is magnetic on the side. Just not used to it.

This dry erase marker is cute and sleek, which I love. It has a modern, clean look that fits well with my whiteboard, but there are a couple of things I wasn’t too happy with.Pros:✅ Sleek design—I love the look of it on my whiteboard. It adds a clean and modern touch.✅ Magnetic feature is convenient, though...Cons:❌ I expected more magnet options. I thought it would attach to the whiteboard from both the sides and back of the marker, but you can only attach it by one side. This makes it a little confusing to quickly stick it back in place. I would’ve preferred both sides to be magnetic for easier use.❌ The look of the marker on its side is a bit off for me—it doesn’t match the standard orientation of a whiteboard eraser and feels a little out of place. I might just keep it in a container instead of sticking it on the board.❌ The magnet holds, but is not strong enough to quick-attach to the board. You really have to make sure it's on there. I have had it fall when I haven't been careful with how I'm putting it back. This is, of course, made trickier by the one-narrow-side-only magnet.Minor Issue:❕ When the marker arrived, it wasn’t fully clean. There was some smudging on the back (likely from the black part of the eraser), and it wasn’t pristine when I took it out of the box. I was able to clean it, but I thought it was worth mentioning.While the marker does have a sleek design, the magnet issue and arriving a bit dirty were drawbacks for me. I still use it, but it doesn’t fully meet my expectations in terms of functionality and cleanliness.

Very professional eraser, works amazing and i absolutely love the magnetic feature.

BE WARNED. THE MAGNET IS ON THE SIDE NOT THE BOTTOM WHERE IT SHOULD BE. THE SIDE IS A SILLY PLACE FOR IT TO BE.It's a great eraser but the magnet needs to be on the bottom not the side.Oh and now they keep changing the price, its not worth $6, I was gonna buy a second one until they started changing the price. Everywhere else its around $2. Not worth any more than that beacuse of the magnet placement flaw.

This isn't for classroom use, but used at work everyday on my personal white board. Makes erasing very easy and doesnt hold onto the marker smell. Longevity is there , the material hasn't shown wear. Love that it's cute in size and white because I'm basic type of person.

These erasers were not at all what I expected. I got them for my grand daughters to each have one and thought they would stay nicely on their boards attached to the wall because they were magnetic. The magnets were insufficient to hold them on the boards because they were on the sides of the erasers not on the eraser sides so the weight of the erasers pulled them off the boards. I purchased one for myself months prior to this purchase and it was magnetized on the eraser side and always stayed on the board on my wall. I guess these were duds. It’s a shame that my grand girls just now told me about them not working and it is past the window of returns. I would not order again to take the chance of getting duds.
