COSRXLip Care Balm for Dry Chapped Lips, Enriched with Shea Butter, Sleeping Mask, Korean Skin Care, Animal Testing-Free, Artificial Fragrance-Free, Parabens-Free (Lip Plumper)

I’m a 49-year-old lip balm addict, who went through a phase looking for plumping products to fill out some of the fine lines on around my lips. This is a nice lip balm for at night, or in the morning as a base for lipstick or gloss. (It doesn’t sink in immediately, so I put some on in the morning when I get up and my lips are prepped for make up by the time I get to that step in my routine). There is a tiny tingly sensation as with most plumping products, but no burn or discomfort as I have experienced with other products! It has a smooth, thin, jelly consistency that is only a little bit sticky on the lips. When I put it on at night, I wake up in the morning with smooth moisturized lips, that are slightly plumped, which makes the lines on my lips, less obvious. Not sure I would put this on really chapped lips due to the pumping ingredients, but since there are several versions, I would go for a different one for that purpose. Overall, this is a really nice lip balm for lasting moisture, and nice, healthy, looking lips! I don’t use it every night, but that’s because I rotate through several different products depending on my needs :)

Second time buying this product. I usually wake up with dry lips if I don't use some kind of lip mask. This one makes your lips so soft by the morning. It is a little sticky so if you don't sleep on your back, you might want to avoid, it will rub off everywhere. It comes with an applicator stick making application easy. It may slightly plump the lips, but I'd say when your lips look more hydrated, that's the plumping they're talking about - not like some largely noticeable difference.

You can see my lips were red at first then the redness quickly subsided.I have sensitive skin, and dry lips because of the climate. This is hydrating and doesn’t cause my entire face to get red like some lip plumpers have in the past.Pros:- it works- love the texture, like a jellier version of vaseline- classic tingling sensation- very glossy and hydrating, fills up the cracks and lines in my lips- doesn’t aggravate my sensitive skinCons- finger application, which is messy- wash hands after so you don’t get it anywhere near your eyes during makeup application!- may be too strong of a tingle for beginner lip plumpers

I have been on the hunt for a good lip mask to wear at night that will keep my lips moisturized till morning for so long. I've tried countless brands, from drugstore to high-end, and there was nothing that I tried that had impressed me enough to want to repurchase. I was intrigued by the active ingredients in this one and decided to give it a try. Upon first application, I was genuinely shocked by the initial burn of the product on my lips and thought I was having a reaction to it. After looking at the reviews, I realized this was normal and just waited it out till it dissipated. If I had to describe the burn, with 1 being old school bath and body works minty lip balms and 10 being too faced lip injection, I'd give it a 7. One thing you'll immediately notice upon application is that your lips will appear glossy and juicy. Like Kardashian lip filler juicy. IT'S THE BEST! This would be a great product to apply before doing your lip liner if you really want to make your lips look fuller. Where this product really shines for me is the after-effect when you wake up; your lips are so smooth and all of the dead skin is GONE! The best part is that because the product is thick but not too thick, you'll still feel a bit of the product left over on your lips when you wake up in the morning. The product glides on effortlessly and you only need a little bit; I've been using this for almost two weeks straight and barely made a dent so I'm excited to see how long this product will last me. RUN, don't walk, and go get this lip treatment; you won't be sorry!!!!

This is more of a gloss with the texture of honey, and it has pepper; Im guessing to help with the plumping effect (it doesn't plump my lips). It can get pretty messy if you're not careful, and it isn't moisturizerizing at all.If you're looking for high gloss, this is for you. If you want a balm like Carmax or Blistex, this is not for you.

I was hesitant to buy this because of the price and it being a small container but a little goes a long way so I'm sure the container will last for awhile. I must unconsciously lick or bite my lips as they are always dry and chapped and I end up peeling the dead skin off because it's annoying me - ouch! But no longer, as my lips are now moisturized and smooth, this is the only product I've ever used that actually works! I use it at night and when I wake up in the morning I have smooth moisturized lips instead of chapped dry ones, and I also use it first thing in the morning so they stay moisturized throughout the day. I don't really feel much of a tingle when I use it and the taste is neutral so don't expect a flavored type lip balm but it is an outstanding lip balm and well worth the price.

I was shocked that this didn't work out for me because I have other products from this brand that are amazing. A few minutes after applying it started to burn immensely. Even after cleanung it off and putting cold water and a cold compress my lips were burned all night. I read other reviews stating how great this is so maybe it's just me.
