Will these fit over standard size cards ?

these fit standard size thick cards like jersey cards, patch cards etc..... thanks

Is there a 3 ring binder page these can fit into?

I don't think they'd fit. If you're putting a trading card inside this, and then trying to put it in a binder page that fits several cards per page, I think having this sleeve on would make it hard to fit in the slots. You're better off just putting them straight into a 3-ring page as they are.

Inexpensive Way to Protect Your Relics

I've used many of these, and I've never had a bad pack. These are for thicker card, like Topps relics, which have been more prevalent in their product lately. I've made the mistake of purchasing generic versions and have damaged cards with them. I always keep a pack of these nearby when I'm opening new card packs. They are an inexpensive way to protect the value of your collection.
