The label states not to freeze, but during shipping it endured a freezing night. Is the product ruined?

Your best bet would be to call the people that made it and ask them. Lay people have no way to know what the exact chemical makeup of Apigenin or what freezing does to it or the inert ingredients, but there must be a reason for putting that warning on the bottle. There’s no way to tell if it’s gone bad by looking at it as far as I know

Is this product the Apigenin aglycone or is it a glucoside? For example apigenin extracted from grapefruit is the 6 8-di-c-glucoside

I just buy the stuff, I don’t make it, but they 3rd party test because a lot of the manufacturers cheat and make up test results to make people believe their products are good. This way someone actually makes sure that the ingredients and strength of those ingredients are what they say they are. Lack of honesty is rampant in the supplement business as there is no oversight. You could put baking soda in bottles and sell that claiming they are a cure for cancer if you want and unless someone tests people won’t have a clue if the stuff is for real, or just harmless junk or poison

It really works for sleep!

It's a big NO for me.

I had such high hopes after an influencer stated this was "the best" supplement to help with sleep. Sadly, it seems to keep me from falling asleep! Every time I've taken it, I toss and turn for 20-30 minutes, get up out of bed (as sleep doctors suggest), read for 15 minutes, then try again. After TWO hours of this, I still don't sleep. So I give up. Ugh, I'm SO tired today and will need a nap once again, which I never usually do. Waste of money for me. :(
