Just what I needed to repair old ceiling fan
I have a 4-blade ceiling fan in the master bedroom of my old house. The fan is over 44 years old and has no identifying brand name on it. Over time 1 of the blades broke at the metal blade arm. I took the 3rd blade off and got by with 2 blades. One of those blades broke at the arm and I replaced it with the 3d blade I had removed. Eventually one of the remaining 2 blades broke at the arm so I had to get serious about trying to find replacement blade arms which is not an easy task for an old fan. After doing a lot of research and not finding any arms the right size for an old fan, I discovered that I could use these Westinghouse 77407 Replacement Fan Blade Arms and drill two new outer holes in the old blades to fit the new arms. I was careful to retain the old arm screws for the motor attachment since their size doesn't seem to be available any more for replacement. I now have a fully functioning 4-blade ceiling fan that operates like new and looks great. Just sorry I didn't consider replacing the blade arms a lot sooner. These are excellent blade arms and not only look attractive but function well.

Blade mounting nuances
I did a quick comparison of the former arms for my ceiling fan against these which I got and mounted today. Some of my old ones had bent. The seller that i got the fan from had left it resting outside on two of the blade arms. It was noticable when the fan was turned on.Anyways, these new ones fit perfectly but there are some nuances that I think deserve attention:1: The blade mounting holes go all the way through (as shown in product images) but the hardware used to mount said blades is all one length. Two of the three bolts will stick out (I don't care much, and I couldn't find a replacement set that didn't have the bolts go all the way through the arms.)2: Hard to articulate but shown in my images. The original arm is the one on top in both of the first two pictures. You can see that there are sleeves to center the blades on the arms. This replacement lacked that feature, and the blades will loosen over time and relocate as a result. This will throw the fan off-balance eventually, requiring me to take 'em off and re-tighten them.I'm not aware of a replacement product, especially one so reasonable, that addresses these faults, so it's a tough-cookies situation to my knowledge. I just figured you folks should know incase you find another option that does address this stuff *or* the manufacturer sees fit to address this stuff. All that said, these are a suitable replacement at a reasonable price, and I was fairly careful in centering the blades properly when I did my little install, so I'm happy. If the centering sleeves get added down the line, 5 stars.08/22/2021

Did the job
Like many others, I foolishly put a ladder next to my ceiling fan. Then for some reason I turned on the fan, and blades went flying in all directions. I could salvage the blades but not two of the arms. I tried to find exact replacements, but not able. So I went with these because the part that fits in the housing would fit, even though the part that attaches to the blade wouldn't. No problem because I could re-drill holes in the blade. I replaced the two damaged ones first, in hopes it may still be in balance. No luck it didn't, so I replaced all the blades with the new arms. They work great, the fan is in perfect balance and I'm a happy camper.

The holes my not match. Unless there's newly bought.
It didn't work, the holes don't match up. It's been to long since I bought them. This must have been a older version. I know it is.

These actually didn't fit in my fan!
I actually had to drill new holes to make these fit my fan blades. Everything is fine now and they work perfectly. Just be aware that you may have to make some adjustments to make them fit your fan.
