I saw these in a hospital pharmacy, and figured it had to be a good quality, later I showed to my Dr and they did not see any negative. The small size of pill makes it easy to swallow. note this a basic overall vitamin, If you have specific deficiencies or needs, you have to look at label and see if its adequate. , I use to be preventive. and have repurchased several times and will continue if price stays same, ,

I have become a fan of vitamins. This is small easy to swallow with no smell or after taste. Easy to purchase, well priced...as a matter of fact easier to buy than to get filled thru a prescription. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Vitamins are hard to rate because they are are not a magic pill that you can take for a few days and feel better. They are more for maintenance of body and health. I’m 70 years old and have been taking vitamins for years and am on no other medications and am in good health. I’ve been taking Rugby Daily-Vite Multivitamin for almost 2 years and feel like they are doing their job.I take vitamins and I have good health. I don’t know if the vitamins play any role in that of if I’m just fortunate enough to have good health but it’s working for me so I plan on doing what has been working.
