Thanks for reaching out. Some essential oils tend to be thicker in viscosity than others. This is perfectly normal for Vetiver. Try placing it in a shallow bowl filled with warm water. Poking the dropper with a toothpick can also be useful if the opening has gummed over. If you need exact drops, we would also suggest removing the dropper and using a pipette. Does this have to be used with a carrier oil like coconut oil?

Yes, we always recommend pre-diluting all essential oils prior to topical use because they are highly concentrated, and may cause skin irritation if used alone. A 3% dilution rate is recommended for healthy adults. 3% = 15-18 drops of essential oil per 2 Tbsp of carrier oil (such as Coconut oil)

does it work for nails. My nail are broken and dry?

I use Jojoba oil (cold pressed) for mine. That works the best of anything else I've ever tried.

Is this 1.6 ounces or the pictured .33 ounces?
