Is this sold through a third party?

I bought one Zizzo Via through Amazon and a second through—wait for it—Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

How easy is it to remove the mud covers? Can you replace wider tires for trail roads? Would normal size rear cargo rack fit?

Fenders and mudflaps are Via features. If you want a Zizzo without them, there are other models you can order in your preferred combination. Another wonderful feature of all 20” folding bikes is that any BMX tires will fit them. I do not know the answer to your question about the rear rack.
